Return Policy

Return Window: You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:

• Email us at luxoriacases@gmail.com.
• If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Video Submission for Returns:

• Open the package during the recording.
• Show all sides of the package.
• Clearly display the label with the AWB Number and order ID.
• Record in one take; edited videos will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

• Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately for defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

• To exchange, return your item first and make a new purchase.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
